Q: Can the prices change after I check them?

Q: Are the prices inclusive of tax?

A: Yes. All prices displayed on our website include tax, so no additional consumption tax will be added. Please note that for international shipments, any applicable taxes such as VAT are not included. For details, please contact us separately.

A:Nationwide flat rate (within Japan): ¥1,000 (excluding tax) per item

Hokkaido & Okinawa (within Japan): ¥1,500 (excluding tax) per item

Q: What about the colors of the products?

Purchase & Delivery Details

Q: Can I change the delivery date after placing an order?

A: If you wish to change the delivery date after placing your order, please contact Yamato Transport directly after your order has been shipped. You will need the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email, so please have it ready.

Q: Can I get an invoice?

A: Yes. If you need an invoice, please indicate this in the “Special Instructions or Notes” section when adding items to your cart, or contact us at support@seatfurniture.org.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes. For international orders, please contact us by email before placing your order with the product details, quantity, and delivery address. We will confirm availability and provide further instructions.For inquiries, contact: support@seatfurniture.org

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Since most items are made to order, please allow some time for production. Products will be shipped according to the estimated delivery dates listed on the product page. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during the New Year holiday period, and depending on your delivery location. Thank you for your understanding.

Policies on Cancellations, Returns, and Defective Products

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
A: Generally, we do not accept cancellations after an order is confirmed. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email by replying directly to that email.

A: We do not accept exchanges for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, size, or image preference.
